All Orders are shipped after our processing time 5-10 Working days for non personalised items, up to 21 Working day for Personalised Items. Delivery is 3-5 Working days via Royal Mail or Evri in the Uk. 

in Ireland this could take longer, World Wide could take anywhere up to 1 month depending on your location. 

PLEASE NOTE: Pre Orders can be Delayed And the date stated my change by reason out of our control, There is nothing we can do and will not warrant a refund. 

Missed Delivery 

If you miss your delivery multiple times ( normally 3 depending on your local courier) and the item is returned to us (you are responsible for providing the shipping costs for re delivery) Refunds will not be Available. 

My items have not arrived whats should i do?  

Most items once dispatched from us arrive with in 3-5 working days in the uk. or can take up to 10 working days with delays, If its been longer then 10 working day ( for non personalised  products please contact us on [email protected]. after 10 working days have passed for none personalised items and you still haven’t had your parcel delivered we can then open an investigation with either royal mail or Evri. This could investigation could take anywhere up to 21 working day with the delivery company  and if the items are deemed as lost we will refund or replace your order.   PLEASE NOTE  you  have up to 10 working days from the date of your dispatch email to notice us your items have not arrived, if your items are marked as delivered We do have full tracking. 

If its more then 30 days after your items have shipped we unfortunately cannot do anything. so please make sure you contact us soon as possible. 

If the customer has marked your parcel as delivered and have sent evidence of this, we are not liable for refunds, or replacements (if you havent received it) You will need to contact the courier to claim/find where your item is

(if you havent had your items but its showing as delivered)

( Personalised items are none refundable, website credit will not be given)
